Getting to Resort Blue Lagoon
Blue Lagoon is located on the Reykjanes Peninsula in southwest Iceland, just 20 minutes from Keflavik International Airport and 40 minutes from Reykjavik. The lagoon is easily accessible by car, bus, or organized transfer.
From Keflavik Airport
20 minutes by car. Take Route 41 south toward Grindavik, then follow signs to Blue Lagoon. Free parking is available on site.
From Reykjavik
40 minutes by car via Route 41. Bus transfers are available from BSI Bus Terminal and other locations in Reykjavik.
Bus transfer
Regular bus transfers operate between Keflavik Airport, Reykjavik, and Blue Lagoon. Book your transfer when you book your visit.

Parking
Parking is free for all Resort Blue Lagoon guests. Guests of The Retreat Hotel and The Retreat Spa should park at The Retreat Hotel parking lot and enter through the hotel's main entrance. Silica Hotel is just a ten-minute walk from the Blue Lagoon.
